about your policy or request non-complex policy changes (endorsements). If you need to make several endorsements to your policy please contact us by

with accuracy, we need you to provide us with sufficient information. The following
guidelines apply to all requests:
Complete all required information sections. Required information is denoted by the
inclusion of a red Asterisk ( *
).
For security reasons we require certain information about you and your policy before considering your request,
such as, your Name, Email and a Partial Policy Number.
We will only process a request if it is received from the named insured or a joint insured.
POLICY REQUEST RESULTING IN ADDITIONAL PREMIUM:
Should an additional premium result from a policy endorsement the following rules apply:
If your premium is billed through us, your additional premium is considered due and payable within 10 days of the endorsement effective date, unless we notify you of a different billing arrangement.
If your premium is billed to you directly by the insurance company, the additional premium will be billed by the insurance company, unless you're notified of a different billing arrangement.
NOTICE: Completing this form and emailing it
to us does not guarantee your request has been received or processed. Our policy
is to acknowledge all requests by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt
(excluding weekends and holidays). Please call us if you have not received our
response within 24 hours. You may not add, extend or bind coverage by email. Should you need to make a
change immediately to your policy, please contact us by telephone during normal
business hours.
